It is so important for all of us to do some exercise. How many times have you heard someone say to a slim person "you're lucky - you're skinny, you don't need to exercise!" Wrong - we all need to exercise to try to stay healthy. Its not just about not being overweight (although that is good!). Its also about getting the heart and lungs pumping, those muscles tested and your bones stronger. It is also a good way to try and prevent injuries - just ask our physiotherapists!
